This brake van was built by Hurst Nelson for the Rother Valley Railway, presumably in the late 1890's. Two were supplied and were run with both passenger and goods trains. Note the side loading doors. One van was sold to the Selsey Tramway. The kit is complete per our usual specification and of course includes both RVR, K&ESR and HMST transfers, though if the vans even ran with K&ESR or HMST lettering is a moot point!
